Achieve Sales Targets:
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and promote products to meet sales targets.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to drive revenue and meet or exceed sales goals.
Maintain CRM (Customer Relationship Management):
- Update customer information and interactions in the CRM system accurately and promptly.
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, preferences, and purchase history for personalized service.
Report Counter Merchandise:
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages promptly to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to replenish stock and maintain product availability on the sales floor.
Participate in In-Store and Outdoor Customer Engagement Activities:
- Engage with customers in-store to provide assistance, answer queries, and enhance their shopping experience.
- Assist in organizing and executing outdoor customer engagement activities such as promotional events, product demonstrations, and customer surveys.
Provide Excellent Customer Service:
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Proactively anticipate customer needs and offer appropriate product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
Collaborate with Team Members:
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve collective sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist colleagues during peak hours or as needed to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
Adhere to Company Policies and Procedures:
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to sales, customer service, and store operations.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness and organization in the store at all times.
Stay Updated on Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about product features, specifications, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
- Participate in training sessions and product knowledge sessions provided by the company to enhance product understanding and sales skills.
