· Conducting surveys and assessments of losses across various departments such as Fire, Marine Cargo, Engineering, and Miscellaneous for the general insurance industry.
· Visiting sites to gather evidence of losses including photographs, videos, statements, CCTV footage, etc.
· Negotiating and discussing with insured officials to minimize losses and dispose of salvage, while preparing inventories of safe damaged materials and stocks.
· Issuing Immediate Loss Advice, Letter of Requirements, and scrutinizing/verifying supporting documents provided by the insured.
· Preparing preliminary, interim, and final survey reports for losses.
· Leading and managing a team of Loss Adjusters to ensure timely release of Final Reports and smooth closure of cases.
