Primary:
1. Responsible to provide the IT training to candidates as per model curriculum of training program.
2. Contribute in creation of training modules for best delivery of training.
3. Explain complex technical manuals using simple language to candidates.
4. Use innovative training methodology including use of ICT technology to provide quality IT training to the candidates.
5. Be able to provide both theoretical and practical IT knowledge to participants of training program.
6. Conduct of assessment and evaluation of candidates as per SOP guidelines.
Secondary
7. Contribute in the management and execution for the projects – Mobilization to Placement.
8. Any other training related task as assigned by Senior Management.
