Job Description

Candidate should be fluent in Telugu
Respond to inbound calls, emails, or chats from customers in a polite, professional, and timely manner. Listen to their concerns, questions, or issues and provide appropriate solutions or assistance.
Identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, or requests by gathering relevant information, analyzing the situation, and offering suitable solutions. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management as required.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and their expectations have been met.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions using appropriate systems or tools. Generate reports as necessary to track customer service metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Staffing, Skilling & Corporate Team to address customer needs effectively. Communicate customer feedback or recurring issues to relevant teams for process improvement.
Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and meet performance targets.
Display a professional and empathetic attitude towards customers, understanding their concerns, and providing support in a friendly and courteous manner. Show patience and effective communication skills, even in challenging or demanding situations.
