- Kaushal Mela Execution on ground

- Joining Coordination i.e Movement plan of candidates in the campus to avoid bottlenecks

- Other Activities related with Job Fair Management – Attendance & Data Management

- Interacting with Clients / Companies coming for Recruitment

- Assist in developing initiatives promoting student engagement and professional development.

- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.

- Coordinate with hiring managers and HR to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
