JOB PURPOSE:
The Manager, HR Operations, plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of HR processes throughout the employee journey, from induction to separation. The primary purpose of this position is to oversee and enhance the employee lifecycle, contributing to a positive and efficient workplace experience. The incumbent will strategically manage the onboarding process, implement effective separation procedures, and leverage HR systems and technology to optimize workflow. With a focus on compliance, collaboration, and continuous improvement, the Manager will contribute to the overall success of the organization by fostering a supportive work environment and ensuring alignment with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
(A) Employee Lifecycle Management:
a) Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for effective employee lifecycle management.
b) Oversee the end-to-end processes, from recruitment and onboarding to separation.
c) Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements throughout the employee lifecycle.
(B) Induction Management:
a) Design and execute robust induction programs to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
b) Collaborate with various departments to create onboarding materials, training programs, and orientation sessions.
c) Continuously enhance and evolve the induction process based on feedback and industry best practices.
(C) Separation Management:
a) Manage the separation process, ensuring a fair and transparent approach in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
b) Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
(D) HR Systems and Technology:
a) Utilize HRIS and other technology platforms to streamline and automate HR processes.
