As the Auction Lead for our e-Auction Company, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end auction process for salvaged goods conducted through our online platform. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring efficient, fair, and transparent auctions while maximizing returns for our clients and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute online auctions for salvaged goods in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments such as logistics, operations, and sales to ensure seamless execution of auctions.
- Monitor auction progress, bidding activity, and ensure compliance with auction rules and regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance on auction processes, timelines, and best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to tailor auction strategies accordingly.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
