1. Budgeting and Planning:
- Plan and prepare safety training calendar.
- Plan and prepare mock drill schedule.
- Plan and develop safety guidelines.
- To provide input of annual HSE Budget for preparing budget.
2. Responsibilities:
- Conduct health and safety inspections at sites and prepare reports of all the operations.
- Conducting Job safety analysis & Safety survey at site.
- Fault tree analysis, event tree analysis use for Root cause analysis.
- Daily PPE compliance, unsafe act, unsafe condition monitoring at site.
- On the job and classroom training provided to employee.
- Accident investigation of accident and dangerous occurrences and make CAPA.
- Work permit system implement at site.
- Hazard identification & Risk assessment.
- Leading in safety committee meeting.
- Monitoring of TBT circle and compliance of TBT at site.
- Behavior based safety implementation at site.
- Motivational programs organized at site.
- Celebration of safety day, road safety week, fire safety week, environment day.
- Firefighting training with fire extinguisher to employee and securities.
- Coordination in maintenance of firefighting equipment, First-Aid box at sites.
- Conducting fire & safety mock drill.
3. Data Management:
- Work permits records
- Incident reports
- Near miss reports
- Monthly MIS
- Toolbox Talk
