Key Responsibilities:
1. Reviewing Tender documents and outlining the requirements and terms and conditions and preparing appropriate responses
2. Coordinate with the respective project managers and stakeholders to gather relevant information and inputs
3. Compile details & documents as per requirements of RFPs/ Tender/ CSR proposal
4. Coordination with the Donor Agency for the query resolution and deadlines
5. Coordination for technical presentation and documentation
6. Explored various portals and tender sits for new opportunities
7. Track the submitted proposal and progress
8. Communicate with the stakeholders to provide updates on proposal progress and Status
9. Preparation of Dashboard for Management review
10. Regular connect and relationship building with the donors/Govt. Officials/ corporates for new opportunities
Note: Candidate having good experience in the Business Development in Skills Development and other Govt./ CSR Projects through submission of proposals in response to RFPs/ Tender/ CSR projects from various state, central government & CSR agencies.
