Job Overview
The Trainer of Data Annotators is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs for data annotators. The trainer will ensure that data annotators are proficient in labeling and categorizing data accurately for machine learning and artificial intelligence projects. This role involves creating instructional materials, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to enhance the skills and knowledge of data annotators.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Design and develop comprehensive training materials and curriculum focused on data annotation techniques and tools.
Ø Create hands-on exercises, examples, and projects to reinforce learning
Ø Conduct training sessions on data annotation best practices.
Ø Use various instructional methods to cater to different learning styles.
Ø Demonstrate expertise in annotation tools and software.
Ø Train annotators on how to use specific annotation tools effectively and efficiently
Ø Develop and communicate clear annotation standards, guidelines, and quality criteria.
Ø Ensure annotators understand and adhere to these guidelines
Ø Review annotated data for accuracy and consistency.
Ø Provide constructive feedback and guidance to annotators to help them improve.
Ø Develop and administer assessments to evaluate trainee knowledge and skills.
Ø Provide feedback and support to trainees to help them improve.
Ø Gather feedback from trainees on training effectiveness and content.
Ø Use feedback to continuously improve training programs.
Ø Track trainee progress and performance.
Ø Generate reports on training effectiveness and areas for improvement
Ø Ensure the proper use and maintenance of training equipment and resources.
Ø Work with SMEs to incorporate advanced topics and specialized knowledge into training programs.
Ø Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management, HR, and trainees.
Ø Coordinate with other trainers and departments to ensure a cohesive training strategy.
Ø Manage training resources, such as datasets, annotation tools, and training environments
Ø Train annotators on data privacy regulations and best practices for handling sensitive data.
Qualifications:
o Diploma (Engineering/ Technology / Statistics/Mathematics/Computer Science) 3 Year Industry Expertise in Data Annotator or Related roles 2 Year Training Experience in Data Annotator or Related roles)
o TOT Certified
o Proven experience as a Data Annotator trainer.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Patience and the ability to effectively train individuals with varying levels of experience.
o Ability to adapt training methods to the needs of trainees.
o Strong organizational and documentation skills.
