The Trainer for Electronics Machine Maintenance Executives is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs focused on the maintenance, repair, and optimization of electronic machinery. This role ensures that maintenance trainees are equipped with the technical knowledge and practical skills necessary to maintain and troubleshoot electronic equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Design and implement training programs covering essential aspects of electronic machine maintenance, including diagnostics, repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety procedures.
Ø Develop and update training materials, manuals, and resources to reflect current industry standards, technologies, and best practices.
Ø Create hands-on exercises, examples, and projects to reinforce learning
Ø Use various instructional methods to cater to different learning styles.
Ø Provide in-depth technical training on various electronic machinery used within the organization, including PLCs, sensors, drives, and automated systems.
Ø Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions for new hires and current employees to enhance their technical skills.
Ø Offer ongoing support and mentoring to maintenance executives, ensuring they can independently resolve complex technical issues.
Ø Monitor the progress of trainees and adjust training programs to meet individual learning needs.
Ø Develop and administer assessments to evaluate trainee knowledge and skills.
Ø Provide feedback and support to trainees to help them improve.
Ø Gather feedback from trainees on training effectiveness and content.
Ø Use feedback to continuously improve training programs.
Ø Maintain accurate records of training sessions, including attendance, assessments, and certifications.
Ø Track trainee progress and performance.
Ø Generate reports on training effectiveness and areas for improvement
Ø Ensure the proper use and maintenance of training equipment and resources.
Ø Work with SMEs to incorporate advanced topics and specialized knowledge into training programs.
Ø Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management, HR, and trainees.
Ø Coordinate with other trainers and departments to ensure a cohesive training strategy.
Qualifications:
Ø Education: Bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering, electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
Ø Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electronics maintenance, with at least 1-2 years in a training or supervisory role.
Ø Strong technical knowledge of electronic machinery, control systems, and automation technology.
Ø Ability to develop training materials and deliver technical content effectively.
Ø TOT Certified
Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ø Patience and the ability to effectively train individuals with varying levels of experience.
Ø Ability to adapt training methods to the needs of trainees.
Ø Strong organizational and documentation skills.
