JOB PURPOSE: As the Regional Business Manager: Staffing for Southern India at Vision India, your primary responsibility is to drive the growth of our staffing business in this region. You will play a crucial role in our success by customizing our service offerings to align with local market demands, building strategic partnerships with organizations seeking staffing solutions, and effectively positioning our services in the market. Your efforts will be instrumental in bridging the gap between industry needs and workforce capabilities, thereby empowering individuals through our staffing services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Identify Organizations in Need of Staffing Solutions:
A. Research and identify organizations across industries that require staffing services, including temporary, permanent, contract staffing, NAPS, NATS, managed services, and mass hiring solutions.
B. Develop targeted marketing campaigns to showcase our staffing expertise and attract potential clients.
2. Client Relationship Management:
A. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships. B. Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions aligned with their business goals.
3. Market Expansion and Business Growth:
A. Identify and explore new markets and industries with potential for staffing solutions, including emerging and underserved sectors.
B. Develop and implement strategies to enter new markets, expanding the company's reach and driving growth.
4. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
A. Monitor and analyze the performance of sales and marketing efforts, making adjustments as needed to meet business objectives.
B. Provide regular reports to senior management on business development activities, market trends, and key performance metrics.
