To manage and oversee key HR functions within the manufacturing unit, ensuring compliance with legal standards and fostering positive employee relations. This includes handling industrial relations, legal compliances, compensation and benefits, recruitment, employee welfare, and training. The role also involves maintaining accurate employee records, implementing company policies, managing performance appraisals, and ensuring timely renewal of factory licenses and other statutory requirements. Proficiency in labor laws, payroll processing, and Excel is essential, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.
