As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be based at either the Chennai or Coimbatore headquarters, overseeing Sales and Business Development for the Classical Medicine Segment across Tamil Nadu. Need to handle a team of 20 Field Sales Officers and 5 Area Sales Managers.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring the achievement of budget targets, launching new products, and retaining and developing a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs), and Field Sales Officers (FSOs), with a focus on achieving high PCPM and meeting overall targets.
You will manage scientific and medical promotions, ensuring the effective implementation of strategies.
You should possess strong skills in team management and administrative control over the field force.
You will be responsible for providing effective support and guidance to help your team achieve their targets.
Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis
Provide product information and deliver product samples
Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits
Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up to date with the latest medical data.
Skill Set:
Proven experience in similar role.
Knowledge of regulatory and statutory requirements in smooth Sales operation
BAMS degree is an added advantage.
Exceptional Management skills.
Ability to lead a team.
Proficient in Tamil language
