I. Job Purpose
We are hiring a Supply chain and Inventory Planner with a strong background in
forecasting, planning and logistics areas in Supply Chain function to join the
Schneider Electric Solar.
II. Key Responsibilities
- Single Point of contact for Solar Service Supply Chain
- Analyzing sales data, trends and customer demands to derive forecast.
- Creating purchase orders for Spares based on production schedules,customer demand and inventory levels.
- Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that they remain in defined min-maxlevel.
- Order management.
- Follow up on the customer demand fulfillment from manufacturing plants & hubs.
- Monitoring ageing inventory & work along for the depletion plan.
- Knowledge of RMA process.
- Well verse with supply chain and logistics function.
- Supporting and initiating initiatives to continually improve process, inventory levels, performance and to optimize operational costs through all stages of supply chain process.
III. Qualification & Experience
- 5+ years of Experience in Planning and Supply Chain function.
- Experience in Execution management in supply chain & logistics.
- Basic ERP knowledge (preferably Netsuite).
- Graduation or any Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Supply chain, preferably Diploma in Supply Chain, planning or Materials Management
