ORGANISATION OVERVIEW
Power Systems DCX team drives the adoption of digital tools to enhance the customer’s ‘Select -to-Buy’ journey. We offer an E2E seamless digital experience to our customers in the form of cloud hosted web applications for configuration of Medium Voltage products (switchboard, equipment, component like circuit breakers, relays etc.), obtaining budgetary and ordering quotations and placing an order online with the capability to track and trace the order until delivery. This journey is enabled by skillful integration of various global and bespoke applications which come together to offer a seamless digital customer experience. Primary focus is on deploying new offers/ products on the tools while also upgrading existing offers to sync with latest version/s of the offer in the market. The team also delivers new features and enhancements as per customer requirements while constantly optimizing the architecture and performance of the applications.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our organization. You will collaborate with other product and software development team to deploy new offers/ products and features on e-ordering application used by medium voltage customers like panel builder, design firms and contractors. The selected individual is expected to but not limited to have.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English.
• Spoken French is an added advantage.

QUALIFICATION
• Any bachelor’s degree is compulsory.
• PMP, Scrum certification is preferred.
• Overall 10+ years of experience and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience are required.

• Demonstrated experience in managing and forecasting demand and capacity.
• Strong interpersonal skills with written and oral communication skills

Functional competencies
• 4+ years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
• Understanding of E-commerce process flow is beneficial.
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in managing budgets, good financial acumen is an added benefit.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
• The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis & effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Conduct project postmortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
• Co-ordinate and work with global operations services to capture global project demand.
