Job Purpose:
The Assistant Manager - HR Operations will manage key HR functions including onboarding, induction, attendance, leave management, payroll, separation, and compliance, ensuring efficient HR processes and adherence to legal and company policies. Candidates with experience in the manufacturing sector will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding & Induction: Manage end-to-end joining formalities and conduct induction sessions.
- Attendance & Leave Management: Oversee attendance and leave records; ensure timely reports for payroll.
- Payroll Management: Ensure accurate payroll data including attendance, leaves, and deductions.
- Separation Management: Manage exit formalities, exit interviews, and final settlements.
- Compliance: Ensure HR processes comply with labor laws and company policies. Support audits and maintain statutory records.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (MBA in HR is a plus).
- 5-6 years of HR operations experience; manufacturing background preferred.
- Familiarity with HRMS and payroll systems.
