HR Assistant – Learning & Organizational Development
Location : Bengaluru(Attibele)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support to VP, HR - Manage calendar, communications, and presentations for the VP, HR. Coordinate meeting schedules, travel, and reporting needs.
- Learning & Development Coordination - Organize training programs, workshops, and seminars. Track training records and assist in analyzing program effectiveness.
- Organizational Development Support -Help roll out initiatives for employee engagement, career development, and leadership. Conduct needs assessments and support program implementation.
- Data & Analytics - Track metrics, prepare reports, and assist with performance management processes.
- General HR Support - Assist with onboarding, maintaining HR records, and other HR functions
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s / MBA in HR, OD, or related field.
Experience: 2-4 years in HR with L&D or OD focus.
Skills: Strong organization, communication, and Microsoft Office skills; experience with HRIS is a plus.
