Supervisor Housekeeping

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for smooth operation of the assigned floor, area and team. 
• Supervise and Schedule Day tasks for HK assistants in consultation with HK manager.
• Daily allocation of deep cleaning tasks to team members
• Responsible for the cleanliness and general upkeep of Guest rooms, public area and heart of the house as allocated
• Ensures that the HK operation is performed as per the laid down Brand standards and SOPs
• Routine inspection and audit of allocated area and team
• Routine maintenance issues to Maintenance/Engineering department and maintain log
• Assist Housekeeping Manager with team training requirements and HK supplies.
• Comply with Hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
• Any other as communicated time to time
