I. Key Responsibilities:
Program Management of HR Projects:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor HR projects to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR initiatives and improve processes.
- Track project milestones and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Strategic and Targeted HR Communications:
- Design and implement targeted HR communication that that resonate with HR practices.
- Develop content for internal HR campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with company values.
HR Presentations and Corporate Decks:
- Prepare high-impact presentations and corporate decks that clearly convey key HR metrics, initiatives, and strategic priorities.
- Use data-driven insights to support storytelling and demonstrate the value of HR initiatives.
- Ensure visual and content quality aligns with corporate standards.
II. Qualifications, Experience & Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 3–5 years of experience in internal communication / marketing / program management, or related exp.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye for detail and creativity.
- A collaborative mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
