I. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Communication: Design and implement internal communication campaigns that effectively promote HR programs, policies, and initiatives across the organization.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with the HR team to strengthen the organization’s employer brand through targeted messaging, storytelling, and creative content.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling communication materials such as newsletters, intranet updates, presentations, emails, and videos to engage employees and foster transparency.
- Change Management: Partner with the HR Head to craft clear and consistent messaging during organizational changes, ensuring alignment and understanding across teams.
- Employee Engagement: Support initiatives such as rewards and recognition, DEI programs, and learning and development by creating tailored communication plans that inspire participation.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze communication effectiveness using KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to enhance strategies. Build decks for a variety of audiences, including all staff, hiring managers, L-2 leaders, regional leaders, and global leadership in both business and HR.
- Collaboration: Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to ensure alignment in messaging and promote cross-functional initiatives.
- Innovation: Identify and leverage emerging trends and tools in internal communications to continually enhance the employee experience.
ll. Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in internal communications, marketing, or a similar role, preferably within HR or related functions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in communication tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office, intranet systems, email marketing software, and graphic design tools).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting on communication metrics.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
