The Project Manager for the PM Vishwakarma Scheme will be responsible for the overall management, coordination, and implementation of the scheme at the assigned center. This role includes overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with program guidelines, managing staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to beneficiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. State Operations Management: - Oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to the scheme’s guidelines. - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. - Ensure that the center is equipped with necessary resources, tools, and materials for effective training sessions.
2. Staff Management: - Recruit, train, and supervise center staff, including trainers and administrative personnel. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff. - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
3. Program Implementation: - Ensure the effective delivery of vocational training programs as per the PM Vishwakarma Scheme guidelines. - Monitor training quality and trainee progress, ensuring that program objectives are met. - Coordinate with trainers to develop and update training materials and curricular.
4. Beneficiary Support: - Oversee the enrollment and orientation of beneficiaries on the SID Portal. - Provide guidance and support to trainees, addressing any issues or concerns they may have. - Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all trainees. - Liasoining with government officials and share reports
