Job Purpose:
The purpose of the above role is to provide comprehensive support to the HR department by assisting the VP of HR in administrative and strategic functions, facilitating employee development initiatives, driving organizational growth, and ensuring the efficient execution of HR processes. The role is aimed at enhancing HR operations, fostering employee engagement, and supporting a data-driven approach to decision-making within the organization.
Key Responsinbilities:
1. Support to VP, HR:
- Manage calendar, communications, and presentations for the VP, HR.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, travel, and reporting needs.
2. Learning & Development Coordination:
- Organize training programs, workshops, and seminars.
- Track training records and assist in analyzing program effectiveness.
3. Organizational Development Support:
- Help roll out initiatives for employee engagement, career development, and leadership.
- Conduct needs assessments and support program implementation.
4. Data & Analytics:
- Track metrics, prepare reports, and assist with performance management processes.
5. General HR Support:
- Assist with onboarding, maintaining HR records, and other HR functions.
Education & Qualification:
The ideal candidate should hold degree of MBA, reflecting expertise in their field. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to take ownership of responsibilities, proactively address challenges, and implement innovative solutions to achieve organizational objectives.
