The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term relationships with clients in the exhibition and events industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, sponsors, exhibitors, and industry partners.
- Pitch exhibition opportunities, booth spaces, sponsorship packages, and customized solutions to clients.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns effectively.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Generate qualified leads through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, and events.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
- Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns for lead generation.
- Event Coordination Support:
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client requirements are met before, during, and after exhibitions.
- Assist in planning exhibitor logistics and ensuring seamless event execution.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and client relationship management.
