Job Purpose:
The Regional Manager Staffing Business – North will have the complete accountability to drive the growth of our staffing business in this region. He will play a crucial role in our success by customizing our service offerings to align with local market demands, building strategic partnerships with organizations seeking staffing solutions, and effectively positioning our services in the market.The role ambit would have a gradual progression, initially having business development and new partnerships as a focus. The transition would subsequently include the end-to-end operations & business expansion for our existing & the new business in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Expansion and Business Growth: Identify and explore new markets and customers / industries with potential for staffing solutions, including transition of current service provider, emerging and under-served sectors. Develop and implement strategies to enter new markets, green field operations & early-stage collaborations to offer innovative products & solutions. Create a business development funnel ensuring a broad client base and a high extraction per client.
2. Effective Market Maps & GTM plans: Research and identify organizations across industry sectors that have staffing services opportunities, including temporary, permanent, contract staffing, NAPS, NATS, managed services, and mass hiring solutions. Develop targeted marketing campaigns to showcase our staffing expertise and attract potential clients.
3. Client / Internal Stake holders Collaboration: Create & maintain strong working relationships across the spectrum to bolster relevant insights & experiences towards improving the existing and offering customer centric services. Focus on strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
4. AoP & Budgets: Ensure tight controls, sharp eye on the cost lines & management of cost across the sphere of operations without compromising the velocity, quality & quantity of delivery.
5. Insights & Market best practices: Research & market insights on the opportunities to leverage services, technology and opportunities to automate, towards maximizing the productivity, minimizing human transactional interventions leading to higher control & accuracy on the data, reports and analytics.
6. Team Management: Ensure adequacy of talent in the internal team, headcount & competence enabling readiness to deliver zero error service deliver, high productivity and engagement for the team.
The Ideal Experience:
The ideal incumbent must have managed a geographical territory in a progressive & evolving organization. Must have evolved experiential understanding of the staffing industry and the complexities of building a business, operations / service delivery and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate would have managed upwards of 3000 staffing headcounts with about 20 + global & Indian blue-chip companies.
With a superior understanding of Costing, Statutory Compliances, Taxation, Skill Eco-system and people management practices, the incumbent must have had a strong track record of delivering success stories in the related domain to demonstrate the right to win.
Education:
A Master’s degree in Business, to build up on the competence required, as above.
