Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to GAIL Gas customer queries, complaints, and requests in Kannada and Odia.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
- Issue Resolution:
- Address and resolve customer complaints regarding gas services, billing, and other inquiries.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department while ensuring follow-ups until closure.
- Information Dissemination:
- Educate customers about GAIL Gas services, processes, and policies.
- Assist customers in understanding billing statements, payment processes, and service plans.
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate call records, including call notes and resolution details, in the CRM system.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of customer data.
- Service Quality:
- Adhere to call scripts and service protocols to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Meet performance metrics, including call handling time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and service requests.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve service delivery.
