Job Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and manage the operations for large-scale infrastructure projects (i.e. Smart Electricity Meter Installation etc). This role involves strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, and end-to-end recruitment to ensure timely and quality hiring to fulfill their business requirement and manage staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with Client & department heads to forecast staffing needs for infrastructure projects.
- Develop plans to meet short-term and long-term staffing goals.
- Analyze market trends and talent availability specific to the infrastructure domain.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Liaise with department heads, and clients to align business objectives with project timelines.
- Conduct regular meetings to review progress and address challenges.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the recruitment team and external partners.
Team Management:
- Lead recruiters and field team, providing mentorship, training, and performance feedback.
- Set clear targets and ensure the team meets deadlines for hiring deliverables.
Process Improvement:
- Establish streamlined processes for high-volume and specialized hiring.
- Introduce innovative tools and methods to improve efficiency and quality of staffing business.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and client agreements during recruitment.
- Maintain comprehensive reports on hiring activities, project progress, and team performance.
- Maintain and track timely Billing & Collection from clients.
Education & Experience
Graduation with at-least 5 years of experience in managing business for infrastructure or construction industry preferably from Smart Electricity Meter Industry. Incumbent should have strong networking and relationship building skills within the infrastructure industry.
