Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-driven Customer Relationship Executive to join our Credit Card Telesales division. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in tele sales within
the credit card industry. You will play a key role in acquiring customers, building relationships, and ensuring an exceptional sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell credit card products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria effectively to customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable credit card options.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information professionally.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Follow up on leads generated through various sources.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in tele sales, specifically in the Credit Card Division.
- Education: 12th pass (PU) or higher education qualification.
- Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Proficiency in regional languages (Kannada) and/or English (additional language skills will be an advantage).
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to handle customer objections confidently and turn them into sales opportunities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
