II. The Role:
The Manager - Employee Experience is responsible for enhancing employee engagement, particularly for new joiners, by fostering an understanding of organizational culture, enabling performance-driven behaviors, and building interpersonal skills. This role also serves as an HR Buddy for new employees during their first 90 days to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the organization.
III. Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Orientation and Training:
- Design and deliver training programs focused on organizational culture, values, and performance-enabling practices.
- Conduct workshops and sessions on interpersonal skills to strengthen collaboration and communication.
2. HR Buddy Role:
- Act as the first point of contact for new joiners, addressing their concerns and queries during the first 90 days.
- Facilitate their integration into teams and the broader organization, ensuring alignment with company culture.
3. Performance Enablement:
- Support new employees in understanding performance expectations and growth opportunities.
- Partner with managers to create a supportive environment that nurtures productivity and engagement.
4. Feedback and Improvement:
- Gather feedback from new joiners to identify challenges and improvement areas in the onboarding and integration process.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to refine training and engagement strategies.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain records of employee training, progress, and feedback.
- Prepare reports on employee engagement metrics and 90-day integration success rates.
IV. Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in employee engagement, training, or HR operations.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR tools and training platforms.
- A passion for creating positive employee experiences.
