We are seeking a skilled and experienced In-Store Promoter Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for aspiring in-store promoters, ensuring they acquire the skills needed to effectively market products, engage customers, and drive sales. The trainer will focus on enhancing trainees' interpersonal, communication, and promotional abilities to ensure success in a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions for in-store promoters focused on product knowledge,sales techniques, and customer engagement.
- Provide theoretical instruction on marketing strategies, retail management, customer behavior, and store operations.
- Create and refine training modules, presentations, and guides to align with market trends and retail industry standards.
- Incorporate feedback from industry experts and trainees to continuously improve the training curriculum.
- Use various teaching techniques, including role-playing, simulations, workshops, and digital learning tools to cater to different learning styles.
- Design scenarios for real-world customer interactions to prepare trainees for on-the-job challenges
- Assess trainees’ progress through practical assessments, written exams, and hands-on evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback to trainees to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of trainee performance and certification status.
- Ensure all training adheres to industry safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Promote a culture of safety and emphasize the importance of following best practices during installation and maintenance.
- Ensure that all training content is aligned with the latest updates and industry best practices.
- Gather feedback from trainees on training effectiveness and content.
- Generate reports on training effectiveness and areas for improvement
- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of training equipment and resources.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management, HR, and trainees.
- Coordinate with other trainers and departments to ensure a cohesive training strategy.
