I. JOB PURPOSE:
HR Operations Specialist : To manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, billing, and compliance across Eastern UP and Bihar. This role focuses on talent sourcing
through job fairs, seamless employee lifecycle management, client relationship building, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Talent Sourcing and Recruitment: Source candidates for various job roles across Eastern Uttar Pradesh and Bihar by leveraging job fairs, campus drives, and other available resources to identify and attract potential talent.
- On-boarding and Induction: Manage end-to-end joining formalities and conduct induction sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, culture, and processes.
- Attendance and Leave Management: Oversee attendance and leave records, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for payroll processing.
- Payroll Management: Ensure the accuracy of payroll data, including attendance, leave records, and applicable deductions, for seamless salary disbursement.
- Separation Management: Handle exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and manage final settlements to ensure smooth employee off-boarding.
- Compliance and Audit Support : Ensure HR processes comply with labor laws and company policies while maintaining statutory records and supporting audits.
III. QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Any education Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is a plus.
- 0-1 year of HR operations experience; manufacturing background preferred.
- Familiarity with HRMS and payroll systems.
