Job Role & Responsibilities:

Secure Meters Limited is looking for skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills:

·        Minimum Qualification: 12/ITI / Diploma

·        Additional Requirements:

·        Must own a Bike.

·        Must possess a valid Driving Licence.

Training will be provided to all selected candidates

Contract Details:

·        Contract Period: 18 Months

·        Employee Notice Period:

·        Within the first 6 months of joining: 15 Days

·        After 6 months: 1 Month

Compensation & Benefits:

·        CTC: ₹18575

·        In-hand Salary: ₹14352 (excluding travel reimbursement)

·        Additional Benefits:

·        Provident Fund (PF)

·        Employee State Insurance (ESIC)

Insurance Benefits:

·        Group Personal Accident Insurance: Coverage of ₹2 Lakh.

Reimbursement:

·        Local Conveyance Reimbursement: ₹4/KM for working locations (subject to Supervisor’s approval).

Additional Information:

·        Gender: Only male candidates are eligible for this role.

·        Work Schedule: 6 days a week, 9 hours per day.

·        Bike with Driving Licence is mandatory.
