Job Title: Executive (Sales Coordinator) – Automotive Department
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator for our Automotive Department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting sales, customer service, inventory coordination, and ensuring smooth order processing. This position requires a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with internal teams and deliver exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Report Preparation & Presentation:
Collect, analyze, and summarize data to prepare reports for the management team and reporting managers as required, ensuring timely and accurate presentation of information.
Order Processing:
Assist in the entry and processing of customer orders. Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of orders.
Customer Support:
Provide first-line support to customers, addressing inquiries related to order status, product availability, and delivery schedules. Resolve any customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Sales Support:
Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotations, updating customer information, and maintaining sales records. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for customers.
Inventory Coordination:
Monitor inventory levels for automotive steel products. Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability and timely deliveries.
Data Management & Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the system. Generate and manage regular reports on sales activities, order status, and customer feedback.
Quote Preparation:
Assist in preparing and sending accurate quotes based on customer requirements. Ensure all quotes are delivered in a timely manner.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including logistics, warehouse, and sales, to resolve issues and ensure the smooth coordination of orders and customer satisfaction.
Documentation & Filing:
Maintain and organize sales-related documentation, including contracts, orders, and correspondence. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards for documentation.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales coordination, sales support, or administrative role, preferably in the steel or automotive industry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other standard office software.
- Basic understanding of supply chain processes and logistics.
- Experience working with ERP or SAP systems is preferred.
- Previous experience with a Japanese trading firm or other multinational companies is an advantage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
