Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up with potential clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and proficiency in MS Excel for tracking and reporting purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote products/services.
- Conduct follow-up calls to existing clients for feedback, queries, and updates.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and customer information in CRM systems.
- Update and manage data effectively using MS Excel for reporting and tracking purposes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the management.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to the achievement of team goals.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Fresh Calling experience or fresh graduates eager to start a career in telemarketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant phone manner.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data management, reporting, and basic analytics.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
