Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive (Female Candidates Only) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, telecalling, and lead generation. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential customers, generating quality leads, and promoting our services. This role demands excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients for generating new business leads.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions through effective communication.
- Manage the lead generation process and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase conversion rates.
- Provide detailed service information to prospective clients.
- Follow-up on leads, resolve customer queries, and schedule appointments for further engagement.
- Maintain and update accurate customer information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align lead generation strategies and improve sales results.
- Work on campaigns and promotional activities to enhance sales efforts.
Skills & Requirements:
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Telecalling or Lead Generation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to engage customers over the phone and build strong rapport.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and solutions-based selling.
- Target-driven with a passion for achieving goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
- Highly motivated and eager to learn.
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
- Experience with lead generation tools is an advantage.
