Job Summary:
Strolar Mounting System Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its HR team and seeking a skilled HR professional with expertise in the manufacturing industry, specifically in steel manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Factory Act compliance, Industrial Law, Labor Law, Attendance Management, and Recruitment & Onboarding. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with the Factory Act, Industrial Law, and Labor Law for the manufacturing unit.
- Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth integration for new employees.
- Oversee time management, attendance, and leave policies to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain employee records and generate HR reports in accordance with company policies.
- Assist in identifying training needs and organizing training programs for employees.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in HR within a manufacturing environment, preferably steel manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of Factory Act, Industrial Law, and Labor Law & HRIS.
- Expertise in Attendance Management, Time Management, Leave Management, and Recruitment & Onboarding processes.
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in HRM, Industrial Law, or Labor Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
