About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated ITI (Mechanical/Fitter) fresher has to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent ITI graduates to start their career in a hands-on technical role. You will be trained and mentored by experienced professionals and gain exposure to various aspects of mechanical maintenance, assembly, and repair work. As a Mechanical Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems and machinery. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and minimizing downtime by performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and carrying out repairs as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation & Assembly: Assist in the installation and assembly of mechanical components, machinery, and equipment.
Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and repair of mechanical systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
Troubleshooting: Identify mechanical issues in machinery and equipment and assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting problems.
Inspection & Testing: Conduct inspections and tests on mechanical systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
Documentation: Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and any modifications made to mechanical systems.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working in the shop floor or maintenance areas.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior technicians, engineers, and team members to complete tasks effectively.
Learning & Development: Continuously learn and improve mechanical skills through training and hands-on experience.
Requirements:
- Education: Completed ITI (Industrial Training Institute) course in Mechanical/Fitter trade.
- Freshers Welcome: No prior work experience required, but eagerness to learn and grow in a technical environment is essential.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of mechanical tools, equipment, and machinery.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to identify mechanical issues and provide solutions.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy components.
- Team Player: Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work in various shifts and adapt to new challenges.
