C. Align content with national workforce development goals to ensure maximum impact.
2. Social Media & Community Engagement
A. Manage and grow the initiative’s social media presence across platforms.
B. Develop and execute content calendars, campaigns, and digital storytelling strategies.
C. Engage with audiences through interactive content, reels, and short-form videos.
3. Video & Visual Content Production
A. Create and edit high-quality video content showcasing success stories, testimonials, and platform benefits.
B. Work with designers and videographers to produce compelling digital assets.
C. Ensure content is SEO-optimized and mobile-friendly for wider reach.
4. Analytics & Performance Tracking
· Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and improve engagement.
· Monitor campaign performance, audience growth, and digital impact.
Eligibility
A. 3-7 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
B. Strong skills in copywriting, video production, and visual storytelling.
C. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools, and social media platforms.
D. Experience in government, skilling, or employment-related projects is a plus.
E. A creative mindset with the ability to translate complex topics into engaging content.
