We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven leader to spearhead this mission, driving employer participation, candidate outreach, and platform expansion. Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate & Institution Outreach
- Drive engagement with educational institutions, skilling centers, and candidates to maximize registrations.
- Build partnerships with universities, vocational training institutes, and industry skilling programs.
- Lead awareness campaigns, job fairs, and digital outreach to boost participation.
2. Employer Engagement & Platform Utilization
- Onboard top employers across industries, ensuring active job postings and hiring.
- Partner with corporates, MSMEs, and global organizations to position the platform as their preferred hiring destination.
- Ensure a seamless employer experience through proactive engagement and support.
3. Platform Development & Growth
- Work with product and tech teams to enhance platform features and user experience.
- Implement innovative solutions for job matching, analytics, and engagement.
- Track and optimize key performance metrics to drive platform adoption.
4. Stakeholder & Project Management
- Serve as the key liaison for skilling partners, government bodies, and industry associations.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute the project roadmap and achieve milestones.
- Oversee reporting, impact assessment, and continuous improvement efforts.
We are looking for a visionary leader with:
- 10-15 years of experience in project management, business development, or skilling & employment initiatives.
- A deep understanding of the employment landscape, recruitment trends, and skill development ecosystem.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, engaging with institutions, corporates, and industry partners.
- Proven ability to drive large-scale outreach campaigns and build lasting partnerships.
- Experience working with job platforms, HRTech, or large-scale hiring initiatives will be a plus!
