Role Description:
We are looking for a Project File Executive at Wellindia, responsible for preparing and managing project files, reports, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure proper record-keeping and structured documentation for projects.
Skills:
- Project Report Preparation: Create, format, and structure project reports as per company requirements.
- File Management: Maintain and organize project files for easy access and retrieval.
- Document Preparation: Compile necessary documents for project execution and submission.
- Data Entry & Record Keeping: Ensure accurate data entry and systematic record maintenance.
- Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to gather necessary project-related information.
- Compliance Check: Ensure project files meet company and regulatory requirements.
- Timely Submission: Manage deadlines and ensure timely submission of project files and reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum Graduate (preferably in Commerce, Business Administration, or any related field).
- Experience in file preparation and documentation is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
