Job Title: QA In-Charge – Textile Industry

Job Summary: 

Laxmipati Group is looking for 4 QA In-Charges to ensure high-quality standards in our textile production processes. The ideal candidates will oversee quality control, identify defects, and implement corrective actions to maintain product excellence. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct inspections at various production stages to ensure compliance with quality standards. 

• Identify and address defects, deviations, and inconsistencies in fabric and finished products. 

• Work closely with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. 

• Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation for internal audits. 

• Monitor supplier quality and ensure raw materials meet specifications. 

• Train staff on quality control procedures and best practices. 

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards. 

Requirements: 

✔️ Experience in quality assurance in the textile industry. 
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
✔️ Knowledge of textile testing methods, fabric defects, and industry standards. 
✔️ Ability to identify and resolve quality issues efficiently. 
✔️ Good communication and team collaboration skills.
