Duties and responsibilities:
- Identify new markets and generate leads for precision-machined components; actively pursue potential clients through various channels. Maintain and update the accurate lead information and contact details.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring exceptional service and support for ongoing projects and sales.
- Develop sales strategies, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts in alignment with company objectives and profitability goals.
- Oversee export processes, including documentation, shipping, and compliance with international trade regulations; ensure timely deliveries and resolve logistical issues as needed.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences; provide detailed sales reports and forecasts to guide strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- MBA or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Production/ Industrial Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in international sales or exports, preferably in the precision machining or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in handling export logistics and documentation.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with a proven ability to close sales.
