Roles & Responsibilities
- Finalizing of Balance Sheets and working with auditors.
- Bank Loan Documentation, LC, BG and Post disbursement reporting requirements of Banks.
- Stock & Debtors Statements, Drawing Power Calculations and Handling Bank Stock Audit.
- Agreement drafting and Finalization.
- MCA Compliances, reporting and filing of applicable forms in coordination with CS.
- Ensure all statutory compliances on time and accounting of Revenue and Cost is done Cost Centre wise.
- Revenue Assurance by tracking all the services as per agreement with client are billed.
- Prepare Debtors MIS, update and circulate with ageing on daily basis.
- Ensuring compliance with the GST laws, company policies and other statutory requirements.
- Ensure TDS deductions are as per LTDS certificate and raise escalation timely deducted at higher rate
- Finalization of Unbilled Debtor/Provisional Revenue for the accurate monthly MIS.
- Reconciliation of GST returns with the books of accounts.
- Reconciliation of TDS/TCS Credit party wise as per Form 26AS with the books of accounts.
- Validation of Interest charged by Banks and lenders.
- Managing FDRs and Ensure FDR Interest and TDS is correct.
- Setting up and monitoring of basic finance processes and aligned the Team.
- Management MIS and Reporting
- Automation of the processes
Key Performance Indicator
- on time closure of books of accounts.
- Proper maintenance of books of accounts in all domains- banking, payments, vendor and client reconciliation.
- Ensure Settlement of NFA in books of accounts and TDS deductions on payments made.
- Training team to ensure correct accounting.
Specific Experience
- Managerial role in a fast-paced company for about 2 years handling Skill Development / developmental projects
Overall Experience
- 5 to 8 years, primarily in Skilling / BPO / FMCG / Staffing companies.
