The interns will be deputed as shop floor technicians in precision electronics assembly. Their role will be to operate highly sophisticated and automated machines under supervision. Their job will require them to:
Accurately follow SOPs while operating machines and handling components
Adhere to the safety and quality requirements of the shop floor
Work in shifts (including night shifts) as per the requirements of the job.
Requirement:
Number of Apprentice - 1300 Apprentice- Females only
Eligibility - Candidates who are 18 years of age
Qualification - 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma in STEM, Diploma in non STEM, Degree in STEM and Degree in non STEM
Specialization(STEM, non STEM) - Any Specialization
Duration of Apprenticeship - 11 months
Shifts - 3 Shifts on weekly rotational basis (Morning, Afternoon and Night)
Working days - 6 days per week- Monday to Saturday

Accommodation - Accommodation at company designated Hostel
Food: 1 mini meal and lunch at Company canteen and 3 times meal at Hostel
Transportation - Transportation via company shuttle(To and FRO from Hostel/Accommodation)
Medical Insurance - INR 300,000 cover for the duration of internship
Work Environment - A safe and work secure environment with dedicated OHC in company premise Active POSH policies and a dedicated committee for women's' security
Industry Training: Essential EMS Skills for Technicians-2 weeks
Certificate post completion of 2 week Industry training
Future Prospects:
Based on performance and company's requirement, conversion to company rolls (Permanent or Fixed Term Employment)
Training for Certified IPC Specialist-this is applicable for interns who will be converted to company rolls
