Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Accounting:
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Post and process journal entries in the accounting system.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and ensure timely payments.
- Verify vendor bills and process payments as per company policies.
GST & Tax Compliance:
- Having knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, TCS, or similar).
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
