Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Automotive Tele Caller Trainer for our Learning and Development (L&D) team at Vision India. Trainer will be responsible for implementing effective learning programs to foster continuous development of the trainees/ job aspirants. This role will focus on enhancing student skills, Domain knowledge, and aligning Trainee for placement as industry requirements. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people development, a proven track record in training management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interactive training sessions on customer service best practices, communication skills, and conflict resolution.
- Provide demonstrations on handling customer queries, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
- Teach fundamental concepts of customer service, including customer psychology, service standards, and professional etiquette.
- Explain company policies, products, and services to ensure trainees are well-informed.
- Use various teaching techniques, including role-playing, simulations, workshops, and digital learning tools to cater to different learning styles.
- Design scenarios for real-world customer interactions to prepare trainees for on-the-job challenges
- Assess trainees’ progress through practical assessments, written exams, and hands-on evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback to trainees to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of trainee performance and certification status.
- Ensure all training adheres to industry safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Promote a culture of safety and emphasize the importance of following best practices during installation and maintenance.
- Ensure that all training content is aligned with the latest updates and industry best practices.
- Gather feedback from trainees on training effectiveness and content.
- Generate reports on training effectiveness and areas for improvement
- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of training equipment and resources.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management, HR, and trainees.
- Coordinate with other trainers and departments to ensure a cohesive training strategy.
Education:
Any Graduate·
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Automotive Sales , Center Management and 2 yr Experience as a CCE Trainer.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of, instructional design, and training methodologies and soft skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Candidate must be expert in designing and delivering Trainings programmed to trainees.
- Candidate Must be open to travel bases on project requirement
