Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic German Language Trainer for our Learning and Development (L&D) team at Vision India. Trainer will be responsible for implementing effective learning programs to foster continuous development of the trainees/ job aspirants. This role will focus on enhancing student skills, Domain knowledge, and aligning Trainee for placement as industry requirements. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people development, a proven track record in training management.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Language Training Sessions: Deliver engaging and interactive Japanese language training sessions to individuals or groups, focusing on conversational skills, reading, writing, and comprehension.
Develop Curriculum and Materials: Create and update Japanese language training materials, curriculum, and assessments to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Assess Student Progress: Evaluate students' language proficiency through regular assessments, quizzes, and exams, providing constructive feedback to support their progress.
Stay Updated on Language Teaching Methodologies: Remain current with best practices in language instruction, incorporating innovative methods and technologies to enhance teaching effectiveness.
Tailor Training Programs: Adapt training programs to accommodate different learning styles, levels, and objectives, ensuring that each student achieves their language goals.
Promote Cultural Awareness: Integrate cultural insights and nuances into language training, fostering a deeper understanding of Japanese culture and customs.
Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of student progress, attendance, and certification status, ensuring compliance with organizational requirements.
Communicate Effectively: Engage with stakeholders, including management, HR, and students, to understand their needs and preferences, providing regular progress updates and feedback.
Coordinate with Other Trainers: Collaborate with fellow trainers and departments to ensure a cohesive language training strategy, sharing best practices and resources.
Gather Feedback and Improve: Collect feedback from students and stakeholders to refine training programs, content, and delivery methods, driving continuous improvement..
Education:
Graduate :- Any Graduate with an B1 qualified
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a German Language Trainer.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of, instructional design, and training methodologies and soft skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Candidate must be expert in designing and delivering Trainings programme to trainees.
Candidate Must be open to travel bases on project requirement.
