Job Title: Sales Officer (Off-roll)
Department: Solar Rooftop Systems
Reporting To: Business Development Manager
II. JOB PURPOSE
The Sales Officer (Off-roll) will play a pivotal role in supporting channel partners in their sales efforts. Acting as a liaison between the company and its channel partners, the Sales Officer will drive product promotion, facilitate customer onboarding, assist in the execution of the bid plan, and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

Core Responsibilities
Provide assistance and support to channel partners in all sales-related activities.
Serve as a communication bridge between the company and channel partners to ensure effective coordination.
Promote products to end customers using the channel partner’s existing customer base.
Organize and conduct product demos and promotional activities to enhance awareness and brand value.
Share timely updates regarding material orders and dispatches with channel partners.
Support the execution and process adherence related to the PM Suryaghar Yojana.
Follow the bid plan and sales strategy defined by the organization.
Essential Requirements
Proactive with strong coordination and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with partners and internal teams.
Knowledge of the local language(s) in the assigned region is preferred.

Timely and effective support to channel partners.
Number and quality of product demos and engagement activities conducted.
Adherence to the bid plan and defined timelines.
Successful onboarding of end customers through channel partners.

Note:
Only outstation travel (more than 100 km) qualifies for stay allowances as per the company’s reimbursement policy. Local conveyance (within 100 km) is included in the compensation package.
Any travel deviation must be approved by the State Head or a higher authority.
Pay perks and allowances will be credited based on attendance and eligible payable days.
Additional incentives will be applicable as per the incentive policy aligned with business objectives.
