Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations related to the maintenance and upkeep of the facility.
Manage and ensure uninterrupted electrical power supply, including the operation and maintenance of DG sets.
Monitor electricity board (EB) power consumption and prepare regular usage reports.
Maintain and update checklists and logs related to:
- Security services
- Power consumption
- Air conditioning system maintenance
- Generator set servicing and maintenance
