This strategic role will lead the end-to-end recruitment function, focusing on building a robust talent pipeline, enhancing candidate experience, and aligning hiring practices with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Talent Sourcing Initiatives:
Identify and attract top-tier candidates through job boards, social media, internal databases, and professional networks.
Develop & Execute Recruitment Strategies:
Design comprehensive recruitment plans aligned with departmental needs and long-term talent goals.
Oversee Selection Process:
Conduct structured interviews, assessments, and reference checks; ensure quality and fit of potential hires.
Drive Recruitment Innovation:
Stay up-to-date with best practices and tools to enhance sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
Customize Hiring Approaches:
Adapt hiring processes to suit different functions, job levels, and candidate profiles while maintaining a consistent brand experience.
Promote Employer Branding:
Champion Vision India’s values, culture, and mission to enhance market perception and attract quality talent.
Track Hiring Metrics & Compliance:
Maintain accurate reports on hiring progress, recruitment KPIs, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as the primary liaison with hiring managers and senior leadership, ensuring recruitment goals are met.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner with internal teams to streamline recruitment efforts and foster a unified hiring approach.
Continuous Process Improvement:
Gather feedback to refine recruitment strategies, improve hiring turnaround times, and elevate candidate satisfaction.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
Lead a team of 6–20 recruiters and team leaders providing coaching, performance management, and career development support.
Performance Evaluation:
Define goals, deliver regular feedback, and conduct formal evaluations to align individual efforts with business objectives.
Capacity Building:
Identify training needs and ensure team readiness to meet dynamic hiring demands.
